South Yorkshire carpet, flooring and accessories company Snugs Flooring Services & Tools is a £150k new-start wholesale business providing flooring stock, supplementary flooring materials, accessories and tools for carpets and contract flooring.
Snugs owner Richard Eichler was keen to create trade awareness and decided to exhibit at the National Flooring Show, but a limited budget meant a small display stand and stiff competition for delegate attention from larger competitors.
LETS suggested a 3D simulation of one of Richard's most popular lines - a specialist carpet fitting tool manufactured by one of the industry's best-known brands. The 3D simulation also included Snugs branding and key sales messages and was specially created for use on one of LETS high-definition flat screen 3D TV monitors. The monitor and supporting hardware was provided to Richard for the duration of the show.
"As a new company up against 200 rivals at the show it was all about being different and getting noticed. What LETS produced was truly amazing," said Richard.
"We picked a high quality product and LETS matched that with high quality graphics and high quality support throughout. They were very easy to work with. It took just two visits to talk about what I needed and to approve what they came up with and they made sure I had everything I needed. I couldn't believe just how good the product looked."

Want to literally stop customers in their tracks and ensure they devote all their attention to YOU?
In an increasingly advertising-swamped world it's difficult to gain immediate stand out and really get noticed without a multi-million, multi-media marketing budget.
But interactive 3D/4D is no normal advertising and message medium. Just imagine the word-of-mouth appeal and PR spin-offs you can achieve for a fraction of the cost.
It's new. It's powerful. It's different - and your customers will be amazed and astonished by moving product images which literally jump free of the screen.
Perfect for interactive launch promotions, moving 3D/4D video signage, shopping mall 3D/4D POS displays, 3D/4D trade exhibition imagery, business pitches and conferences, 3D/4D displays pull in the crowds, convey product attributes faster, make your product more memorable and achieve longer lasting recall than other mediums.
Benjamin Franklin is credited with the saying "Show me, and I'll understand. Involve me, and I'll learn".
Unlike print or video ads, interactive 3D/4D achieves both - allowing customers not just to see but also to engage with and fully immerse themselves in your brand, sales message, product or design.
In a recent University of Pennsylvania experiment with the Eddie Bauer clothing chain, store traffic increased 23 percent and sales increased over 10 percent when paper signage was replaced with digital signs that change during the day.
Just think of the additional impact if those digital displays had been in 3D/4D!
At a time of fierce competition for business client and consumer spend, interactive 3D displays cut through competitor noise like a knife.
So lets cut to the chase. If you want to learn more about how interactive 3D/4D can bring your products and services to life, please contact the DK-Exchange sales team, enquiries@dk-exchange.com, 01302-553986 (+44 for calls from outside the UK)
